Top 10: The final round-up

All through April, I highlighted the “Top 10” items I chose for Sarah’s Real Life style challenge. Once again, here is a collage of the items I picked for the challenge:

Librarian for Life + Style | My top 10 remix challenge

And here’s a final look at the outfits that incorporated these different items.

My most worn item? My drop earrings, both the crystal and topaz versions {very similar here and here}, which I wore a total of 7 times this past month:

Sooooo glad I picked these versatile accessories for the month-long challenge 😉

My next most-worn items were my denim jacket and my striped tee, both worn 3 times each.

Striped tee {very similar}:

Librarian for Life + Style | Blazer + trouser jeans + red handbag

Least-worn items? My boot-cut jeans, library stamp tee, and my berry cardigan, each only worn once this past month. (I wore the library stamp tee a few more times throughout the month, but in casual outfits that I didn’t take pictures of.)

My navy trench {similar navy trench in a polka dot print} only made it to the blog twice this past month, but I actually wore it more times in real life. (I tend to forget to take pictures of outerwear.)

The remaining items in my “Top 10” list made it two times on the blog:

Navy dotted skirt {exact}:

Scarf from Nepal {similar}:

Dotted ankle pants {very similar}:

Looking back, it was fun to realize that several times, I incorporated more than one of my “Top 10” items in the same outfit posts. 🙂

Thanks again to Sarah @ Sarah’s Real Life for this genius idea of remixing favorite items! This past month, I hung up the 10 items in plain sight, so that I could grab one in the morning and go from there. I think that’s also why I often thought about incorporating more than one piece from the “Top 10” collection together. It was an interesting style challenge — and much easier, I would say, than a capsule collection.

Linking up with Sarah and these other lovely ladies!
