Yellow + leopard pinspiration

I recently came across this outfit when searching for leopard flats on Pinterest (original post on Lilly Style here), and it clicked for me to pair my yellow cardigan with my leopard print flats. I also have a pair of trouser jeans, so 1-2-3 done! Pinspiration at its quickest and easiest. 🙂

I also have a leopard belt, seen here, which I also tried with this outfit, but the proportions didn’t look right on me. I also went with a jet black statement necklace instead of silver. I felt comfortable and chic in this work outfit. Thanks to Lilly for the inspiration!

I had to lighten up these photos quite a bit so you could see that I had on trouser jeans rather than black trousers, so I apologize that the lighting is inconsistent throughout the photos.

I can also see this outfit working with my skinny jeans with the black side stripe as well as with my wide-leg black trousers. Lots of possibilities! 🙂

Great take on the inspiration pin! I think I have the same outfit pinned, and since I’ve been reaching for my yellow cardigan a lot lately, I might have to wear my own version soon.
