Summer staples: Accessories

This week’s IFB project is to think about summer accessories — perfect for another post about summer staples! (Click here, here, and here for other summer staple ideas.) So what kind of accessories are my standbys, time and again, during summer? What came to mind first is texture. Summer is always more casual, and natural textures like straw, wicker, bamboo, and cork, fit right in with the season’s light, easy vibe.

Here is my Polyvore inspiration board, along with some pieces from my own personal collection. Happy Summer!
